Mexico Voted #1 for Good Reason

In the last quarter of 2007, International Living magazine rated Mexico as the number one place for retirement living.  Mexico was rated higher than Panamá, which was ranked number four.  While there are many reasons to purchase investment property or a retirement home in Mexico, one of the most significant is the low property taxes that often do not exceed $600 per year on a home valued at 400,000 US dollars.  Of course, the climate is great and the lifestyle is great.  Our clients and the thousands of people that are buying real estate in Mexico, all have their own personal and subjective.
