Our Realtors

The real estate agents and Realtors working for our company are the most professional real estate agents in all of Mexico as they are either full brokers  licensed in the United States or are international attorneys licensed in the United States or in Mexico.  We are also members of the Mexican real estate association  (AMPI) as well as the National Association of Realtors  (NAR).  Some of our brokers also belong to the National Association of  Home Builders (NAHB).  Most importantly, our agents’ golden rule is to  represent only your interests.

Our Realtors have represented hundreds of people in real estate transactions and had experience operating not only the United States but also in Mexico. We apply US real estate principles when representing your interest in any real estate in Mexico transaction.  This means that we represent only your interests and we do our best to provide highly competent professional real estate service in  Cancun, Playa Del Carmen,  Tulum , and  the Costa Maya region south of Tulum.

You may have heard that in Mexico some people hold themselves out as real estate agents or Realtors without having any formal Mexico real estate training or a license or experience.  It is better, in our opinion, not to enter into a Mexico real estate transaction or Mexico investment without having a skilled professional represent you.  It is easy to buy Mexico real estate but it is not as easy as buying property in the United States -  and there are several areas where extra due diligence is required.  Once we have assisted you in navigating  through these areas, we are sure you will feel comfortable with the transaction.  We can assist on all fronts – first,  we can provide information about real estate available in Mexico for you to purchase; next,  we can arrange for you to visit  - we will pick you up at the airport.  We can also arrange for a travel package through our relationship with a travel company in Austin, Texas that specializes in tour packages and special  deals on Mexico travel.  Once you have found your Mexico investment property,  then we will assist with all of the other steps of the transaction and we will represent only your interests in Mexico.
